The space

Sweet Home Georgia Royalty was just newly redesigned with new Mattresses and Televisions in all bedrooms in addition to the living room TV. Brand New large Refrigerator with freezer and Brand New Gas Stove with Oven. New ceiling fans and lights. Home has just been recently upgraded.

Lightning with variety of colors with remote control for a romantic feel and star like lighting for the ceiling perfect for kids and adults to ensure dreamy and peaceful nights.

There is coffee and tea for you to refresh yourself every morning. There is toothbrush, toothpaste and soap so you don’t have to worry about that on your first night if you forgot yours at home. A lot of times I also add make up wipes, body lotion, drinking water, fountain drinks and noodles.

For those who love cooking, the kitchen has everything you would ever need. A blender, toaster, coffee/tea maker, cutting board, cooking utensils, salt, cooking oil, water filter, water tester, a breakfast table, etc. there is a refrigerator with a freezer.

Do you have sleep issues? Our rooms are designed for those with light sensitivity too or those who want to peek the sunrise. The beds are very comfortable and the paintings inspire sense of comfort, romance or family living.

We have a bicycle for those who love to exercise or just want to take a ride to the nearest store at no cost.

There is fast wifi, laptop, printer, papers and work desk for those on business or anyone who wishes to print their tickets. No more driving out just to print.

The sofas are very comfortable with Netflix, Starz and Roku subscriptions to watch News, Live TV or your favorite shows. You can gaze through the glass to view the gorgeous patio or sit out there with a table for cold drinks during summer and the outdoor fireplace for warmth and barbecue.

The parking lot can contain two cars in my drive way and one on the side. The neighborhood is quiet and people love to keep to themselves.

The bedrooms are gorgeous with it each private bathrooms that are well designed with paintings and art works.

There is a first aid kit and fire extinguisher in place and also smoke, gas & carbon-monoxide detectors.

No parties allowed. I have a video doorbell at the entrance door that records and you can also communicate with me on it. I also have the Minut device that monitors sound waves for noise, alarm and mold.

Guest access

You will have the entire home to yourself. No one else lives there. The basement is locked so no access to that but the entire yard is all yours with a private fence. I don’t live there. I’m available for emergencies.

Other things to note

During night time till dawn, please avoid making loud noises (especially music in the driveway from cars or playing loud music on the deck) so as not to upset the sleeping neighbors. Night time means when it gets dark. During day time, respectably play music and keep the place loud noise free. You know the kind of noise that disrupts a neighborhood and makes everyone restless.

Please don’t go to my neighbors for anything. They like their privacy. Call or text me instead. There will be a damage fee if home gets damaged by guest, items get stolen or if the no smoking rule is violated. Also all gold cutleries are counted so don’t take any out of the home. There are disposable cups for that. Kindly keep items intact for the next guest to enjoy. There are also 2 comforters in the living room, usable in the living room or outdoor if cold. See, my rules are that easy.
