You are on a ground floor unit (backyard) which is a one bedroom and private living room unit. You get your own private kitchen, bathroom and deck.

You share the backyard and laundry room on the property with the upstairs tenants.

The driveway is designated to each unit so you have your own private spot.

Every interior space and deck in the photos are yours.

When you book, you get full privacy and quiet in a classy, family oriented neighborhood. Has an amazing location that is walkable to the bus stop in a family oriented neighborhood that many desire to visit. The location is historical yet modern. Offers beautiful nearby parks for evening walks around with family, friends or the one you love. You can walk to many places.

This is a newly built home that is always booked out.

Kindly note that this is the south. We are in Atlanta metro and during some seasons, you might sometimes encounter outdoor bees, spider webs, outdoor frogs and even indoor roaches (not an infestation but few sometimes). The state of Georgia is known for it and while we do our best every month to regulate it, you might once in a while come across it. We weekly treat all our properties so guests can have a great stay but sometimes they are beyond my control. It’s part of southern living.

However, I am always happy to address any issues faced at any time as you can tell from my hosting reviews and I do my utmost best to provide a wonderful stay.

This home was carefully thought of in its design by me. Classy, romantic, beautiful, serene, SHG Enchanté has an amazing location and neighborhood that many desire to visit. The location is historical. Offers beautiful nearby parks and evening walks around with family, friends or the one you love. It can also offer an escape to nurse your heart or rediscover yourself.

Few mins Walk to Lifetime Athletics and Technology Parkway that is home to several tech companies. There are restaurants, shopping places, etc around the area. Great location!

This home is in the backyard section of a house with no stairs if you choose but with private entrance and does not share any portion of the space except for the driveway and backyard. It is a very private home on its own same as any other home with neighbors.
The neighbors stay upstairs and have their own side of the driveway.

The deck area has deck stairs and can be used an entrance from the bedroom to the deck. But only follow your designated outdoor entrance next to the road side. It has a concrete pathway and a fence. Go through the fence next to the garage to access your unit.

Home is arty with a peaceful feel from looking out the glass French doors to watching premium cable TV almost like you are home. You really do not miss your favorite shows.

Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, kettle and dishes, and sometimes salt, etc for a pleasant cooking time.

The bedroom is very romantic for those who want to rediscover love or embrace their togetherness.

The home has a no stairs and stairs option so it’s an easy entrance for those who don’t like to climb stairs or who like to climb stairs.

The living room is beautiful and offers a daybed with a trundle mattress, both twin sizes for someone who wants to sleep there. It has a TV screen with cable TV.

The Bedroom offers a comfortable Queen Bed with Cable TV also.

WiFi is fast in the home for love, binge watching TV or work.

We also accept long term bookers.

Once in a while; indoorbugs, frogs, bees because it is the south, which is why you should always close the doors. Nature is nature!

Cons of the Home:
None that we know of but life is unpredictable and issues can come up which is why we have our own handyman, so we respond quickly to fix any issues that may arise.

Historic neighborhood means old homes that can look and feel new and old. In a great way. Remember, we are one of the states on the stars.
