We just repainted and remodeled the entire home this January. Home also has a brand-new AC and HVAC that will warm you up this winter season.

Enjoy a large family dinner in our gorgeous and large luxury dining room with royal cutleries that inspire a sense of style.

Sit by the fireplace in the arty living room and bask in the amazing view through the glass windows or shut the blinds and curtains and enjoy coziness with your family or alone to enjoy thoughts of comfort and healing as you let the battery controlled candles glow. The Large Television serves as great company for you or your friends and family.

You can gaze through the glass to view the gorgeous patio outdoors or sit out there with a table for breakfast or enjoy the outdoor fireplace for warmth and barbecue.

The indoor garage has a table tennis, indoor golf, seats and a great mini gym with a threadmill, a rider, a skipping road and more.

The backyard is large enough for your kids to run around and play while you sit on the patio furniture and watch them.

The bedrooms are cozy and gorgeous and the bathrooms are well designed with paintings and art works. You have a choice of purple room, gold and red room or the blue room. It will leave you wanting to sleep in all rooms at the same time. The mattresses are very comfy and leaves you well rested.

All new appliances, TVs, beds, everything. There are Televisions in all bedrooms (55 inch, 55 inch and 24 inch TVs) in addition to the large living room TV.

Spacious Refrigerator and Gas Stove with Oven in the kitchen. There is also a new dishwasher, toaster, sandwich maker, and coffee maker (k-cups and regular).

No noise or events parties allowed. I have active video cameras outdoors for security purposes and to deter party troopers. Two cameras in the front yard monitor the driveway away, and the other monitors the front porch and front lawn area. There is one camera in the backyard that monitors the entire backyard and the backyard patio. The feed is live and only records movements and audio outdoors. The cameras are mostly to monitor that guests aren’t having events and parties or breaking the rules. They do not show indoors of the house.

Home has lighting with variety of colors that comes which remote control for a romantic feel and star like lighting for the ceiling perfect for kids and adults to ensure dreamy and peaceful nights.

There is coffee and tea for you to refreshen yourself every morning. There is toothbrush, toothpaste and soap so you don't have to worry about that on your first night if you forgot yours at home. A lot of times I also add make up wipes, body lotion, drinking water, fountain drinks and noodles.

For those who love cooking, the kitchen has everything you would ever need. A blender, toaster, coffee/tea maker, bread maker, sandwich maker, pots and pans, cutting board, cooking utensils, salt, cooking oil, water filter, etc. Sometimes I have cookies, cereal and chocolates depending on your length of booking.

Do you have sleep issues? Our rooms are designed for those with light sensitivity too or those who want to peek at the sunrise. The beds are very comfortable and the paintings inspire sense of comfort, romance, or family living.

There is fast Wi-Fi, a laptop, printer, papers, and a work desk for those on business or anyone who wishes to print their tickets. No more driving out just to print.

The sofas are very comfortable with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Starz and Roku subscriptions to watch News, Live TV or your favorite show.

The parking lot can contain four cars in the drive way. The neighborhood is quiet and people love to keep to themselves and not be disturbed.

There is a first aid kit and fire extinguisher in place and also smoke, gas and carbon-monoxide detectors.

There is also a safe with keys or code for you at all times in the home.

If you are bringing your children, please endeavor to be with them at all times and guide them. Home has stairs and a fireplace. so keeping your children safe it’s for you to watch them at all times in the home. In other words, it’s not suitable for children alone by themselves.

All parts of the home are accessible to guests.

The laundry room door stays open permanently so please don’t attempt to close it or ask me to close it. It has been wedged with the rug to stay open as that also serves as a game room.

During night time till dawn, please avoid making loud noises (especially music in the driveway from cars or playing loud music on the deck) so as not to upset the sleeping neighbors. Nighttime means when it gets dark. Even during the daytime, respectably play music and keep the place loud noise-free.

Please don’t go to my neighbors for anything. Call or text me instead. In an emergency, call 911 not my neighbors. Any questions, address strictly to me. Don’t park in my neighbors’ driveway by error or deliberately. Don’t throw trash across to my neighbor’s yard. When you book my home, you are dealing with me all the way and not any of my neighbors so they can enjoy their regular homely comfort as before and not feel inconvenienced by my hosting. Keeps my rates affordable and to avoid getting shut down or suspended or a law suit by guest who violate rules that I have to pay the price for. I will deeply appreciate your cooperation.

There will be a damage fee if home gets damaged by guests, items get stolen or if the no smoking law is violated. Again, no parties and events allowed. I can’t stress that enough as it brings trouble. Book elsewhere if you intend to party. I allow one night minimum to accommodate last minute travelers, emergencies and those stranded not for those who wanna have a getaway party. Also all specially designed cutleries are counted so do not take any out of SHG home. There are disposable cups for that. Kindly keep items intact for the next guest to enjoy. There are also comforters in the living room, usable in the living room or outdoor if cold.
