There are two units in the building like a multi unit property. You will be on the ground floor unit also known as the basement unit but it has its own entrance, its own fence and its own deck. Nothing is shared and doesn’t look or feel like a basement.

You will have your own parking spot on the left side of the driveway and your own private entrance, private deck and amenities. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and family oriented.

Sweet Home Georgia Passionné was designed by me and everything was carefully thought of for just the perfect stay. It proudly presents the Ivey Bedroom. A room that wakes up your sense of living and makes every day worth it.

The Ivey Bedroom ceiling feels like you are staring at the clouds. The lighting has a variety of colors with a remote control for a romantic feel and the star-like projector lighting is just perfect for kids and adults to ensure dreamy and peaceful nights.

There is coffee and tea for you to start your morning. There is a toothbrush, toothpaste, and soap so you don't have to worry about that on your first night if you forget yours at home.

For those who love cooking, the kitchen has everything you would ever need to make that warm meal for you and yours.

Do you have sleep issues? The Ivey bedroom is designed for those with light sensitivity too or those who want to peek at the sunrise. The curtains are blackout curtains, the bed is very comfortable and the paintings inspire a sense of comfort, romance, or family living.

There is fast wifi, a laptop, printer, papers and a work desk for those on business, remote job or anyone who wishes to print their tickets. No more driving out just to print.

The sofa is very comfortable and also doubles as a bed. It is a daybed trundle. Enjoy the Netflix, Starz and Roku subscriptions. You can watch the News, Live TV or your favorite shows.

You can also gaze through the glass to view the gorgeous patio or sit out there with your loved ones or to have your private moment of reflection.

The parking lot spot for you can take two cars on your side of the drive way or one on the street side. Your spot is only the left side on parallel line.

The neighborhood is quiet and people love to keep to themselves.

The Ivey bedroom is simply gorgeous, and the bathroom is nice and clean. There is a first aid kit, fire extinguisher in place. Also smoke, gas & carbon-monoxide detectors.

No parties allowed in order to keep the neighborhood quiet. I have a video doorbell at the main property entrance door that records and another video camera that records in the unit’s entrance that captures the deck, fence entrance and exterior door.

The building houses two different units. There is a two bedroom home on the first and second floor if you would like to book that. It is part of our collections.

You don’t share the door entrance with unit A. They have their own entrance and take the right side of the driveway. They also have their deck and are closed off from accessing your deck. You do not share the deck with them. They are very separate units that only share the same building.

You will have the entire ground floor which is also known as the basement floor to yourself. The deck is also private and for you only. You have your entrance and amenities. Nothing is shared. The driveway spot has been allocated to each unit. Your unit is Unit B, and you are to park on the left side of the property in a parallel line as Unit A is to park on the right side. You can park any additional cars that do not fit in on the street.

There is a two-bedroom home occupying the top two floors (first and second floor) in the same building with its own entrance and vacation guests.

Your deck isn’t shared and it’s sealed off completely from anyone coming downstairs. Your side of the driveway isn’t shared. Your spot is on the left side on a parallel line. Unit A takes the right side on a parallel line. You can also book Unit A home separately if you want to. I don’t live on the property but I’m available for emergencies.

You will have the entire basement floor to yourself. There is a two-bedroom home in the same building with its entrance, its private deck, and its guests. We call it Unit A and your Unit B.

Your deck isn’t shared and it’s sealed off completely from anyone coming downstairs. Your side of the driveway isn’t shared. You take the left side of the driveway on a parallel line and also street parking.

You can book Unit A home separately. I don’t live there but I’m available for emergencies.

During night time till dawn, please avoid making loud noises (especially music in the driveway from cars or playing loud music on the deck) so as not to upset sleeping neighbors. Night time means when it gets dark. During day time, respectably play music and keep the place loud noise-free. You know the kind of noise that disrupts a neighborhood and makes everyone restless.

Please don’t go to my neighbors for anything. They have no issues with guests at all as they are well aware it’s an Airbnb home but they like their privacy and will prefer not to be tour guides. Call or text me instead. I’m always happy to answer any questions no matter what type. A person who asks questions never loses their way so ask me.

There will be a damage fee if the home gets damaged by guests, items get stolen or if the no smoking rule is violated. Smoke only outside and use the trash can on the deck or front yard when done for safety purposes. Also, all gold cutleries are counted so don't take any out of the home. There are disposable cups for take-outs unread. Kindly keep items intact for the next guest to enjoy because it will be hard trying to replace them on short notice for the next guests. There are also 2 comforters in the living room, usable in the living room or outdoors if cold. See, my rules are that easy.

The only thing you do during check out is take out the trash so the house maintains a good scent, stack dishes in the dishwasher if you can, and turn importantly off all electronic devices, gas cooker then locks the door upon check out with the home key returned to the lockbox. Very simple process.
