This building has three units on a half an acre land. You are on the ground floor unit (basement) which is one bedroom, and you share nothing with the quiet neighbors. Not even the driveway. Every space in the photos is yours. When you book, you get full privacy and quiet in a classy, family-oriented neighborhood.

This is a Newly renovated home that is always booked out.

Kindly note that this is south. We are in the Atlanta metro and during some seasons, you might sometimes encounter outdoor bees, spider webs, outdoor frogs and even indoor roaches (not an infestation but few sometimes). The state of Georgia is known for it and while we do our best every month to regulate it, you might once in a while come across it. We weekly treat all our properties so guests can have a great stay but sometimes they are beyond my control. It’s part of southern living.

However, we are always happy to address any issues faced at any time as you can tell from my reviews, and we do our utmost best to provide a wonderful stay.

This home was carefully thought of in its design by me. Classy, romantic, beautiful, serene, SHG Amour has an amazing location and neighborhood that many desire to visit. The location is historical. Offers beautiful nearby parks and evening walks around with family, friends or the one you love. It can also offer an escape to nurse your heart or rediscover yourself.

This home is in the basement section of a house with no stairs but with private entrance and does not share any portion of the space except for driveway. It is a very private home on its own same as any other home with neighbors. The neighbor stay upstairs and have their own side of the driveway.

Arty with a luxury feel from the incredible clouds and stars you can watch in your bedroom at night, controlled by the projector to the access to premium cable TV almost like you are home. You really do not miss your favorite shows.

Kitchen is well stocked for a pleasant family cooking time for create bonding.

The bedroom is very romantic for those who want to rediscover love or embrace their togetherness.

The Bedroom offers a baby crib as pictured and there are baby amenities.

The dinning offers baby chair.

The home has no stairs so it’s an easy entrance for those who don’t like to climb stairs.

Home has a little office space with a printer and a laptop.

The living room is beautiful and offers a daybed for someone who wants to sleep there. It has a large screen with cable TV.

WiFi is fast in the home for love, binge watching TV or work.

Guest can access the white concrete part (not the brown part) of the driveway that can take 3 cars. Only 2 cars allowed for guests.

All of the basement is for guests and not shared. Home is in the basement section.

Home is in the basement section with its own front entrance. Home doesn’t feel like a basement with windows that makes you feel you are on normal ground.

There is a family that lives upstairs. They are private and keep to themselves.

The other unit in the backyard for guests and you can also reserve that separately. It has its own entrance too and is separate from yours.

White concrete part (not the brown part) of the driveway can take up to 3 cars for guests. The other brown part of the driveway is for the tenant who lives upstairs. The single white drive is for the other guests.

Garage isn’t accessible for any guests.

Guest can only bring or park 2 cars on the driveway and no street parking whatsoever. Do not park on the grass. City rules.
